We work hard to deliver you the best quality 100% human Remy double drawn Russian and European texture hair extensions on the market, but we understand that sometimes you may be not satisfied with your purchase.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Although we do our best to ship orders same day, please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday-Fridays at 11:30 AM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. All orders are shipped from Benton, IL. We will email you a tracking number once your order ships.

How much will the shipping cost?

The shipping cost of your order will vary depending on the amount of product you buy and will be calculated at the checkout page.

May I return my hair extensions?

Yes, but we do not accept returns if the package was open and/or product was altered in any way. Security seal should not be cut or damaged. If we see any sort of damage to the extensions including cigarette smoke, perfume, animal odor, or tangling, the refund or exchange will not be honored. The clip in tester piece must be shipped back with the return. Your clip in hair extensions return will not be accepted if the tester piece is missing or altered.

Why may I not get a refund for an opened product?

Human Hair Extensions is a highly delicate product with strict hygiene protocols; for this reason we absolutely cannot make any exceptions to our return policy.

What is the return period?

We will provide a refund on unopened or undamaged hair extensions within 14 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

Is it possible to exchange my hair extensions for a different type, length, or weight?

No, you have to return hair extensions, get a refund, and process a new purchase for a different Luna Silk hair extensions.

Can I return or exchange any other products listed on your website like replacement tape, brush and such?

No, the rest of the Luna Silk product sales are final, and not refundable or exchangeable.

How and where do I ship my hair extensions back?

Please email us a return request with detailed information of the reason  why you were not satisfied with our product at returns@lunasilkhairextensions.com. You will receive an email from us with a return number and detailed instructions on how to handle your return. Please follow the instructions provided to you in email very carefully. Failure to do so may result in a loss of refund. We will not process a refund if you do not follow the correct procedure of our return policy.

Do I have to pay for the shipment to return my hair extensions?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you want to secure your shipment, please arrange a signature confirmation services. Your shipping cost is not refundable. We do not provide shipping labels for any returned items. Please make sure that you ship your hair extensions to the correct address and follow the return instructions carefully. Luna Silk is not responsible for any lost or damaged in a mail packages.

How and when will I receive my refund?

The refund will be issued to your original type of payment. We will charge you 20% restocking fee. Please allow us some time to process your refund. We process refunds within 48 hours after we get our product(s) back from our customers. Depending on the bank refund transaction speed, it may take up to 10 (ten) days to see your money back in your bank account.
